Spring always calls for fresh greens, and this dish complements the season perfectly! With vibrant berries and a bit of goat cheese, there is a great balance of sweet and tangy. However, the real star is these sweet curry roasted chickpeas! With an Indian inspired cinnamon kick, they add a ton of pop and crunch to the salad! Enjoy!
