Overnight Berry Parfait
Treat yourself to dessert for breakfast with this overnight berry parfait! This recipe is one of my favorite on-the-go breakfasts because of its sweet and satisfying nature. Balanced and healthy, it makes for a perfect start to your day. Simply prepare the night before and refrigerate overnight!
- Start with 1/4 cup precooked grain, such as farro, barley, or even rice. Pour in the bottom of a mason jar.
- Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt into the jar. Feel free to use whatever type you prefer, but my favorite is vanilla Greek yogurt.
- Layer on 1/2 cup frozen berries. They will conveniently thaw overnight.
- Top with granola and anything else you would like to add (shredded coconut, sliced almonds, etc.)
In the morning, grab the jar, stir, and enjoy!
