Smoothie bowls are one of my favorite breakfasts… they are just so quick, healthy, energizing, and, above all, delicious! Here is a list of some of my favorite creations…
Pretty Pink Protein Smoothie Bowl
This pretty pink creation is one of my go-to bowls because of its protein packed and hunger-satisfying nature. Simply blend together the listed ingredients, top, and enjoy!
1/2 frozen banana
6 frozen strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or non-dairy milk of choice)
Spoonful of peanut butter
Dash of açaí powder (optional)
Toppings such as: chia seeds, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, granola, cereal, slivered almonds, fruit, or whatever else you please!
Peachy Power Smoothie Bowl
A refreshing summer delight consisting of…
An equal amount of strawberries, peaches, and pineapple
Vanilla Greek yogurt (or non-dairy milk of choice)
Protein powder (optional)
Toppings: Such as berries, granola, seeds, and coconut
Green Goodness Bowl
A light and refreshing bowl with black rice for a perfect, soft chewiness!
Handful of spinach
