Cranberry Almond Energy Bites

Cranberry Almond Energy Bites

Be the energy that you want to attract”

I came across this quote the other day.  Although it may seem commonplace, it is oh-so true.  Plus, it relates to these cranberry almond energy bites!

Energy is contagious, both positive and negative.  How many times have you walked into a room full of smiling people and instantly felt a mood boost?  Maybe you’ve had a conversation where the other person’s optimistic tone began to rub off on you.  I mean, that’s the whole premise of pep-talks right?

The opposite is also true, as being around an argument can easily make you upset, and conversing with complainers can easily bring you down.  Thus, it is important to be aware of this phenomenon.  Notice if you are impacted by the mood of others, or if you are influencing other people’s mood.  When you are mindful of the energy you are giving off, you can attract the vibes you want to be surrounded with!

So, I encourage you to spread some positive energy today.  Share a smile, give a complement, or simply feel those good vibrations.  You can even make these rejuvenating date balls and share them with a friend!  They only take five minutes and a few simple ingredients.  Just pop one in your mouth for a little physical and mental energy boost!

 ¼ cup almonds
 ½ tsp vanilla extract

4
