Artisan Avocado Toast

Avocado toast is certainly toward the top of my “best breakfasts” lists. Why? It’s healthy, delicious, and so simple to prepare! This version adds goat cheese and black beans for a scrumptious twist on the trendy toast. A good source of healthy fats and a bit of protein, this artisan avocado toast can certainly be enjoyed on its own. However, it pairs perfectly with eggs (your favorite style) and fruit for a full breakfast feast! Oh, and it is also a great snack… or addition to your lunch… or even dinner! Basically, just make it whenever you want it because it is so quick and easy 🙂
- Toast a slice of bread – by the way, it’s absolutely delicious on homemade multigrain bread
- Mash some avocado and spread it on
- Add a dash of pepper and chile powder
- Sprinkle on some goat cheese crumbles
- Top with black beans
- Eat it up!
