With vanilla spice, orange blueberry, and cherry chocolate chip flavor variations, these little muffins make for a great snack when craving something sweet and scrumptious! 3tbspvegetable oil
¼cupbrown sugar

1tbspapple cider vinegar

In a medium sized bowl, combine milk, yogurt, egg, brown sugar, white sugar, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar with a fork until smooth.

In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients into the egg mixture, and mix until combined.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Divide muffin batter into 3 separate bowls, in preparation to create 3 different mini muffin flavors. (Recipes for specific flavors below)
Vanilla Spice Mini Muffins

Add vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to muffin batter. Stir until combined, but do not over mix. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray, or use mini muffin liners, and bake for about 12 minutes, enjoy!
Cherry Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

Stir in vanilla, cherries, and chocolate chips to mini muffin batter. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray, or use mini muffin liners, and bake for about 12 minutes, enjoy!
