3-Minute Homemade Granola
3-minutes to prep, and that’s it! This crunchy nut butter granola is my new snacking obsession, and it might just be the easiest homemade granola ever. Enjoy it by itself or with a splash of your favorite milk.
•3/4 cup rolled oats
•3/4 cup rice crisps
•2 TBSP flax seeds
•1/2 tsp cinnamon
•1/4 cup dried fruit of choice (I used raisins and dried cranberries here)
•1/4 cup nut butter
•drizzle of honey
1. Mix rolled oats, rice crisps, flax seeds, and cinnamon.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
3. Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

-blueberries + vanilla + almond butter
-dried cherries + pumpkin seeds + chocolate chips
-dried apples + raisins + peanut butter
