Lucky Bones Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup noodles of choice, cooked
¼ cup onion, diced
½ cup bell pepper, diced
¼ cup edamame beans, shelled
any other desired vegetables (zucchini, carrots, celery, etc.)
large handful spinach
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
dash ginger
1 cup LUCKY BONES broth
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1Begin preparing noodles according to package directions.
2Heat a saucepan over medium high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
3Saute onion, peppers, spinach, and any other desired vegetables until onions become translucent, about 4-6 minutes.
4Add hoisin sauce and a dash of ginger. Pour in broth then let simmer until warm, 2-3 minutes.
5Add noodles and serve. Sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste.
