Peanut Butter Banana Toast
Peanut butter banana toast is such a simple, delicious, and balanced breakfast! It is definitely one of my go-to dishes when I am pressed for time. However, this version elevates the flavors and textures past the basic three ingredients by adding chia seeds, cinnamon, granola, and berries! Yummmmm…what a mouthwatering combination.
- Toast a slice of multigrain bread
- Spread on peanut butter or other nut butter
- Sprinkle on cinnamon
- Slice bananas and arrange them
- Top with chia seeds, granola, and berries
