Cheesecake Brownies

When you can’t decide if you’re in the mood for cheesecake or brownies, these are the perfect compromise! With a fudgy brownie layer and a classic vanilla cheesecake layer on top, they are rich, sweet, and absolutely delightful.
What’s more, they are lightened up! Substituting in some Greek yogurt and cocoa powder, these cheesecake brownies are a healthier version of the indulgent dessert, but I guarantee you can’t even tell the difference.
The pest part? These cheesecake brownies require just ONE BOWL, making for simple prepping and efficient clean up.
You probably won’t be disappointed if you eat them straight out of the oven, but they are best enjoyed chilled. If easy and yummy is your motto, these will certainly satisfy!
