Blueberry Banana Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats ½ cup whole wheat flour 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp chia seeds (optional) 1 banana 2 large eggs ½ cup Greek yogurt ½ cup milk of choice ½ tsp vanilla extract ½ cup blueberries
Directions
Grind rolled oats to a flour in a blender. Add flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and chia seeds. Blend to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients except blueberries and blend well. Stir in blueberries. Cook on a skillet with coconut oil or butter. 12345
