Berry Pomegranate Chia Parfait

Directions
Combine chia seeds with milk and 1 tsp honey. Stir and refrigerate for at least one hour. Spoon about 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal into a bowl or jar. Bring 1/2 cup berries to desired temperature. Lightly smash berries and stir in 1 tsp honey, if desired. Layer on top of oatmeal. Add chia seed pudding. Toss apples and dried cranberries in cinnamon until lightly coated. Layer on. Top with pomegranate seeds and granola. Serve warm or cold.
