Apple Pie Energy Balls

These apple pie energy balls are great for a sweet pick me up, and they are super good for you!  Healthy and delicious, this recipe comes together in just five minutes.  A total win-win-win if you ask me!  Simply combine all of the wholesome ingredients in a food processor, pulse, roll into balls, and pop into your mouth!  Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Ingredients

 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
 ¾ cup dried apples
 ½ cup chopped walnuts
 ½ cup rolled oats
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp nutmeg
 1 tsp water, more or less depending on consistency

Directions

Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor and pulse until evenly combined. Gradually add water if needed. You want a consistency that holds together well, but is not overly moist. Scoop out mixture and roll it into balls!
