Apple Pie Energy Balls
Ingredients
1 cup medjool dates, pitted ¾ cup dried apples ½ cup chopped walnuts ½ cup rolled oats 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg 1 tsp water, more or less depending on consistency
Directions
Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor and pulse until evenly combined. Gradually add water if needed. You want a consistency that holds together well, but is not overly moist. Scoop out mixture and roll it into balls! 1
