Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups almond flour (or all-purpose flour)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cream of tartar
½ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup melted chocolate chips
¾ cup honey
2 tbsp coconut sugar (granulated sugar works fine too)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Whisk almond flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar together in a large bowl.
3Melt coconut oil and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Stir then pour into dry mixture.
4Add honey, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
5Stir in rolled oats and remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
6Roll dough into balls and then flatten them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
