Savory Pancakes
Ingredients
1 ⅓ cups whole wheat flour 2 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp paprika 1/4-1/2 tsp ginger 1 tsp dried basil ½ cup cottage cheese 2 large eggs ½ cup water ½ cup peas ¼ cup bell peppers, diced 2 tbsp onion, diced 2 handfuls spinach
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and spices in a blender. Pulse to mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until thoroughly combined. Cook pancake style on a griddle with olive oil. Serve with hummus or sriracha sauce and enjoy!123
