Super Easy Super Seed Protein Pancakes
These pancakes are so quick and easy! A few pulses in the blender and a flip on the griddle, then voila! Packed with approximately 30 grams of protein per serving and zero “unhealthy” ingredients, this recipe is an absolutely delicious recovery food! Plus, the berry compote takes less then one minute to prepare and adds the perfect amount of refreshing sweetness!
Note: Making the recipe without protein powder yields about 15 grams of protein per serving. If using this method, replace the protein powder with 1/4 cup whole wheat flour.
