Simmer for 20 min then add diced peaches. Cook for 10-15 more minutes, stirring occasionally until it is creamy and excess liquid is absorbed.
Allow both rice puddings to cool, and refrigerate them if desired.
Layer pudding in a jar, alternating the black rice and banana pudding with the peachy rice pudding. Top with berries and granola. Enjoy!
