Soft Double Chocolate Tahini Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup tahini
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
3In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup, brown sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
4Add eggs and mix until smooth.
5Stir in dry mixture until evenly combined.
7Roll dough into balls and lightly press onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8Bake for 10 minutes, until set. Let cool for about 2 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
