Heat a skillet over medium heat with a bit of coconut oil (or other cooking oil of choice), and slice the peach into small pieces.
Cook peach slices for 3-4 minutes, until desired tenderness is reached. Flip slices and sprinkle on a generous amount of cinnamon about halfway through.
Meanwhile, toast a slice of multigrain bread.
Spread nut butter on the toast and add extra cinnamon if desired.
Top with cooked peaches, berries, and anything else you would like. Dip in yogurt and enjoy!
