Place Dubliner cheese and pear slices on baguette piece.
Broil in oven on low heat until cheese is bubbling and melted (about 3-5 minutes).
Sprinkle on desired amount of baby arugula and pine nuts. Drizzle on balsamic glaze, enjoy!
Stir together balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour into container, let cool and thicken.
