Ingredients
2 ¼cupsflour
1tspbaking soda
1tspsalt
½cupbutter, softened
½cuppeanut butter
⅔cupbrown sugar
⅔cupgranulated sugar
2large eggs
1 ½tspvanilla extract
2cupschocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.

Using a mixer, cream butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add egg and vanilla and beat well.

Gradually add dry ingredients until evenly combined.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Scoop dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly with a spatula. Tip: use a medium sized melon baller to make them evenly sized.

Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges just begin to turn golden.

Remove from oven, let cool on pan for about two minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely (or eat them right away!).
