Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¾ cup butter, softened
⅔ cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
1 large egg plus 1 egg white
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
¾ cup raisins
¾ cup dried cranberries
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Whisk together flour, baking, powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
3Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4Add maple syrup, egg, egg white, and vanilla extract then beat well.
5Stir dry mixture into wet mixture. Then, add oats, raisins, and dried cranberries.
6Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about an inch and a half between cookies.
7Bake for 11-13 minutes, until edges are just golden. Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool (or eat some right away!).
