Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
¾ cup butter, softened
⅔ cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
3Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until evenly combined.
5Gradually add dry mixture to wet mixture. Mix well.
6Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips.
7Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten dough using a spatula.
Bake for 11-13 minutes, until just golden on the edges.
