Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Set aside
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, oil, and Greek yogurt.
Add water, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Stir well.
Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and mix in. Add in remaining chocolate chips and mix until evenly combined.
Pour batter into a greased 8 x 8 cake pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Top with crushed peppermint candies and enjoy!
