Healthy Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Grind rolled oats in a blender until the become a flour. Add protein powder (or flour), baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Blend to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Cook on a skillet with a little butter or coconut oil, flipping once the formed bubbles begin to pop. Cook bananas in a skillet with butter or coconut oil over medium heat. Sprinkle on desired amount of cinnamon and brown sugar. Flip slices and continue cooking until soft and caramelized. Serve and enjoy!
