 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed is best)
 1 Tbsp tahini
 ¼ tsp garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
 1 tsp maple syrup (add more to taste)

Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and maple syrup. Stir in water to thin to desired consistency.
