1tbspchia or flax seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine dates, dried blueberries, water, and vanilla extract in a food processor. Pulse until a uniform paste is formed. Note: If you do not have a food processor, microwave the mixture for 20-30 seconds, then mush with a fork. This method is more tedious, but it can certainly be done!

Combine oats, almonds, seeds, and coconut in a bowl.

Add honey and date mixture. Mix with your hands (yup, time to get sticky!) and roll into balls.

Bake for 15 minutes on a pan lined with parchment paper.

Let cool then enjoy! For best storage, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
