Fireproof Hummus
Ingredients
1 15oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained ⅓ cup Aha Pure Foods FIRE-PROOF soup blend 1 ½ tbsp tahini 2 tsp lemon juice ¼ tsp paprika, plus a sprinkle for garnish pinch salt
Directions
Peel the skins off the chickpeas, if desired. This step is unnecessary, but it yields smoother hummus. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Dip vegetables, pretzels, or pita and enjoy!123
