Cocoa Quinoa Bowl

 1 cup cooked quinoa
 ¼ cup granola
 ½ cup blueberries
 banana, sliced
 2 tsp chia or hemp seeds
 1-2 tsp shredded coconut
 ½ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla and chocolate both work well)
 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Scoop quinoa into your favorite bowl and top with granola, blueberries, banana, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.

Stir protein powder and cocoa powder into almond milk until dissolved. Pour over quinoa. Enjoy!
