Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk almond flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar together in a large bowl. Melt coconut oil and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Stir then pour into dry mixture. Add honey, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Stir in rolled oats and remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Roll dough into balls and then flatten them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
