Chocolate Cherry Chia Parfait

 2 tbsp chia seeds
 ½ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
 1 tsp cocoa powder
 1 tsp maple syrup
 ½ cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
 large handful cherries, pitted and sliced
 granola
 dark chocolate bits

Combine chia seeds and almond milk in a jar. Stir then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Once the chia seeds have soaked up the milk to a desirable consistency, stir in cocoa powder and maple syrup.

Layer on Greek yogurt, cherries, granola, and chocolate. Enjoy!
