Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare brownie layer - Microwave chocolate chips and butter together for about one minute. Stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
Pour brownie batter into a greased 8x8" cake pan.
Prepare cheesecake layer - Combine all ingredients and beat until evenly combined.
Pour over brownie layer.
Using a knife or small spatula, lightly swirl the brownie and cheesecake layers to marbleize.
Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm or chill in the refrigerator and serve cold.
