Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
¾ cup rolled oats
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
15oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 large eggs
¼ cup vegetable or coconut oil
¼ cup Greek yogurt
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2Combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a food processor. Pulse until oats nearly become a flour.
3Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips and process until smooth.
4Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased 8 x 8" cake pan.
5Bake for about 25 minutes, until set.
6Enjoy warm! Disclaimer: they will be super fudgy! Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
