Berry Nice Cream Sundae
Ingredients
1 frozen banana (peel and slice before freezing) ½ cup frozen strawberries ½ cup frozen blueberries ¼ cup milk of choice 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Serve right away or place in the freezer to harden up until desired consistency. Top with granola, extra berries, and a drizzle of nut butter.123
