Filling
 1 ¼ cups berries (fresh or frozen)
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp lemon juice
 1-2 tsp sugar (depending on sweetness of berries and preference)
 salt
Topping
 1 tbsp coconut oil (may substitute butter)
 3 tbsp rolled oats
 2 tbsp flour
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp honey
 1 tsp shredded coconut (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat. Spread in dish.

Melt coconut oil in a small bowl. Add the rest of the topping ingredients and mix well. Scoop on top of berry mixture.

Bake for about 25 minutes, until the topping begins to turn golden and the filling is bubbling.
